E-Sign for Direct Deposit and Form W-4
Request employees add their direct deposit information to their account in Paychex Flex® as part of the onboarding process. For additional verification, you can request that they submit an electronic signature. You can also require electronic signatures when employees complete changes to their Form W-4 or make updates to their existing direct deposit information. This information will be stored on the employee’s record and is accessible from the People List in Paychex Flex.
Worker Templates
When adding new workers, you can create templates with default settings that automatically populate commonly-used fields within Paychex Flex. You can create these templates by position type, worker status (full time/part time), and other scenarios.
