Help Clients Get the Credit They Deserve
If your clients maintained and paid their staff qualified wages after March 12, 2020, their business might be eligible to claim the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC). This could refund tens of thousands of dollars back into their operation.
Your client’s business may be eligible for ERTC if:
• Operations were partially or fully suspended under government orders due to COVID-19
and/or had a decline in percentage of gross receipts*
• Or, they qualify as a Recovery Startup Business, defined as any employer that began
operations after 2/15/2020 and has an annual gross receipt amount up to $1,000,000
